Product Overview

Gunslinger AMP Herbicide takes the toil and worry out of pasture weed control. It eradicates die-hard pernicious and invasive broadleaf weeds like thistles, knapweeds, and nettles, allowing for more room to grow the nutritious forage your livestock needs to thrive.

  • Increases grass production by releasing valuable water, nutrients and light taken by undesirable weeds
  • For use with pre- and post-emergent treatments
  • Tank mix friendly formulation may be used alone or in combination with other herbicides to broaden target weeds and/or reduce herbicide resistance
  • High quality formulation that can be impregnated on dry fertilizer

Reviews

Gunslinger Review
Very familiar with this product but just from a different company with a different name on the jug. Decided to try this product from Alligare b/c it was significantly cheaper than what I was purchasing from Dow. I’ve sprayed approx 10 acres of pasture out of 50 so far between the rain we’ve been experiencing and it is performing up to expectations. Hopefully they will keep the price point in check and I’ll continue to purchase it every year.

Frequently Asked Questions

I want to mix Gunslingerfor spot spraying. How many ounces per gallon?

Thank you for the question concerning Gunslinger. The answer is twofold.

Firstly, you will need to know how much water it would take to spray 1000 sq feet from your sprayer. The amount of Gunslinger you would use is dependent on that primary factor.

Secondly, after you determine the volume of water needed to spray 1000 sq feet, you would then add .44 fl oz to .78 fl oz of Gunslinger to your tank for spot spraying.

The chart for mixing can be seen on page 5 of the Specimen Label found on the product page.

Please remember it is better to only mix the amount needed during each spot spraying session. Do not leave the mixed solution in your sprayer longer than 24 hours or the efficacy could be greatly diminished.
