RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you need to return a product, please fill out the form below and we will contact you promptly.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of order date.
No returns will be accepted on open packages, if the factory safety seal on a container has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with in any way.
All returns must be sent in the original packaging. All liquid containers need to have the cap taped closed. The product must be wrapped in bubble wrap and the space inside the box must be filled with packing material to secure the product from moving. All returns are subject to possible 20% restocking fees. Please include a copy of your original invoice.
All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
Refunds on Free Standard Shipping: We will provide a full refund, less any expedited shipping costs on your order.
Refunds on Expedited Shipping Options: Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded on return orders.
We highly suggest you get a tracking number when sending orders back to ProSolutions.
In the event an order is refused or is undeliverable due to any reason, a refund will be issued once the order arrives back at our location. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
ORDERS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must notify ProSolutions immediately (within 3 business days of delivery). ProSolutions will do everything possible to replace the damaged product. In the event of a damaged order, once you contact us, we will contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep the damaged product and packing materials until notified otherwise by ProSolutions.
